Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier!
Just browse our products and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. When you are ready, click 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy your order.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information securely via this web site or by phoning us on 0845 456 7040 (weekdays 9am - 5pm, local call rate).
When confirmation of order is received by email or online at the end of the checkout process, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
We ship to most destinations, please see the drop down menu of Countries, if the required country is not listed please click "Rest of the World" but state on the address section your full postal address.

Shipping And Handling Postage & Packing charges vary and are calculated for each order during the checkout process and will be shown before you make your payment. For shipments to be made outside the UK and mainland Europe, shipping charges will not be calculated during the checkout process but will be advised before despatch. |
Delivery Schedule We aim to send your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 1-2 business days but we ask that you please allow 14 days for delivery. |

Returns Policy
Your right to Cancel If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product(s) you have bought from us, please return them to us in the original packaging and condition within 7 days of receipt.
Please also enclose a letter explaining why you wish to return the product(s) and we will refund you in full within 28 days of the receipt of your returned order.
For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. For faulty items, the cost of returned postage will be refunded to you.
To return any products to us, please:
1. Make sure to tell us whether you want an Exchange or Refund. 2. Pack the items safely, enclose the invoice and send it back to the address shown above.
We recommend that you obtain proof of posting since we cannot be responsible for packages lost in transit. Please note, due to the nature of our products we cannot take returns of products where the product packaging has been opened, due to the risk of contamination. Underwear Garments Please ensure that underwear garments are tried on over your own underwear. We reserve the right to refuse returns or items where it is apparent that this has not been done. Please note we will exchange or give full refund to underwear garments provided that you return them to us in their original condition and packaging, unworn and unwashed, with all labels intact. Delivery & Returns Policy As part of the conditions of sale customers are required to inspect all goods on receipt and are to annotate the courier's documentation with details of damage to either the packaging or the goods themselves. Where this is not done, and the Courier subsequently disputes liability, then Aktive Health Ltd. will not be responsible for the costs associated with repair or replacement. In all cases, damage to goods is to be reported to Aktive Health Ltd. at the earliest opportunity.
When you buy from us you have a cooling off period of seven days from the day you receive the goods. This means that if you decide that you do not want the product supplied then you can receive a full refund within 28 days provided that you notify us in writing within seven days of the receipt of product that you want to return it. You will remain liable for the actual carriage costs incurred by Aktive Health Ltd. for both the issue and return of the goods. To claim under these terms the product must be unused, in the original undamaged packaging and the product must not be damaged in any way.
